We ship a tracking number as soon as the order is shipped out.
Canadian orders:
Orders placed by noon on Thursdays will ship out by Friday. Due to COVID-19 we are shipping orders weekly - if you need your order shipped earlier please add a note to your order during checkout and we will do our best to accommodate the request.
All orders over $100 include free tracked shipping via Canada Post. If you require faster shipping you have the option to choose faster methods. Currently due to COVID Canada Post is not guaranteeing the shipping dates and occasionally have delays.
United States orders:
Ship out via Canada Post and take approx 6-8 business days to arrive (occasionally there are delays due to covid or customs). We cannot guarantee the arrival date.
International orders: will ship out via DHL, these take approx 10 business days to arrive.
